Return Policy

14-Day Returns

Items in original, undamaged condition with all certificates may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Condition Required

Products must be returned in original sealed packaging with all documentation, certificates, and accessories.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and verify the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom orders, special commissions, and items with broken seals or missing certificates cannot be returned.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorisation (RA) number.
  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging with all certificates and accessories included.
  3. Clearly mark your RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship via insured, tracked courier to the address provided in your RA confirmation email.
  5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases where an item was received damaged or incorrectly sent. We strongly recommend using an insured, tracked service. We are not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or is different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at our support team with your order number and photographic evidence. We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we confirm receipt of the returned item.
